Our company was founded in 1943 under the name "Mermeriş Manifatura Turkish Joint Stock Company" and commenced its commercial activities. Over the years, in addition to industrial ventures, Mermeriş has placed a strong emphasis on export and import activities. In the 1990s, it transformed into a real estate investment company with the aim of utilizing and diversifying its acquired real estate assets over time.
